# Working with KitchenTown

Nisshin OilliO America is working with KitchenTown (headquartered in San Francisco) to explore the food service arena with our functional oils: Edible oils to loosen boiled noodles and pasta, cooked-rice-handling solution oil, batters for frying, and donut oil.

We hope to provide solutions for issues that food service companies may be trying to tackle, or help inspire new ways to handle food menus.

KitchenTown is our perfect solution-partner, and we are grateful for their efforts to lead the way into the US market.

We are ever so excited to be entering the US market and hope to provide the very solution the US food service is looking for.
