We comply with applicable law, including without limitation the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other domestic and international laws, ordinances, regulations, guidelines, etc., related to the handling of personal information.

  • 2.1. Information you give us. This can be through the Website Contact Us function or other communication, and information can include your name, company name, department and/or job title, email address, phone number, website URL, and contents of your correspondence.
  • 2.2. Information our Website may collect. Cookie and tracking information use is outlined in our Cookie Policy.
  • 2.3. Information from others. We process business contact information regarding business partners or prospective customers, including with affiliates, distributors, or other partners for business purposes.

 

The Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or 18 where applicable). The Website does not knowingly monitor or intercept communications beyond standard web server logs.

Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Data processing is not currently impacted by Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signals.

  • Action is required to prevent damage to life, health, or property if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved;
  • Action is particularly necessary to enhance public health or ensure a wholesome upbringing of children if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved;
  • Action is required when cooperation is necessary with a national government organization, local government body or other party commissioned by such to carry out a legally stipulated duty, and obtaining consent from the person involved may obstruct, or threatens to obstruct, the execution of the aforementioned duty.

We implement and maintain appropriate organization, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized third-party access to our systems or the personal information that we process. This includes dedicated leaders, internal security control measures, appropriate supervision of employees and contractors, and the proper handling of personal information.
